Charming riverside getaway!
What a unique place! The old Victorian vibe was super cool. The views of the Thames from the garden were a treat. Our host was fab—she let us pick our room and even brought us extra chocolates with the champagne. Just a bit of wear in the room showed its age, but it adds character! Loved the outdoor dining area too.

Charming riverside escape
I had a lovely stay in a budget double room with beautiful decor and a relaxing garden overlooking the river. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I really enjoyed breakfast served in a serene setting by the water. the shower in my room was a bit cramped and could definitely use some updating.

Staying for two nights in a spacious Deluxe Double Room with Bath provided a lovely view of the Thames, with a charming classic exterior. The breakfast, though basic, was well executed, and the highlight was the homemade ice-cream. While the old style adds character, the room could get a bit cold overnight despite the coziest beds around. The check-in process was seamless, managed by an exceptionally friendly couple.

This place was a good choice for our city holiday in Maidenhead, offering nice value for the price. The view from our suite overlooking the Thames and the gardens was beautiful and made our stay memorable. Just be prepared for some noise from other visitors since it’s an older building.
